silver scallop shell with 3 whelk feet, silver or plate?

i see alot of examples of this type of dish but i cant seem to find anything definitive about the hallmarks, i would like to know if its silver or silver plate, age, maker, origin, or anything else you might be able to tell me about the dish thank you

Crossed keys are normally associated with silver-plate marks. But I don’t recognise the other marks.

It might be an Indian colonial piece. That last mark looks like a Tally mark used by a silversmith in Calcutta. These were marks of local craftsmen, similar to English journeyman’s marks, used by individual workmen working for colonial silversmiths. unfortunately the silversmith associated with this mark has not been identified.
