I can’t tell which marks go with which piece, but one of them is silverplate from Alexander Clark, his “WELBECK” line. Decorative value only - do some searching on eBay (sold listings only).

The little “bow tie” mark is that of the Friedman Silver Co, Brooklyn, NY, early 20th Century. Also plate. Or maybe even pewter.
