hello and thanks in advance - this small embossed dish has two marks, one is the Pentagram (I’m told it represesnts Spain and .915). the dish has no magnet appeal, so I think it is not plated. The other mark is what I am looking for info on
it appears to be two letters with a fish/scorpion? in between them, I think it is M over G, but maybe it is upside down and is D over W ?

You are right, it’s solid silver, but I don’t know who are the silversmith.
