Sugar bowl and spoon

I have just cleaned the sugar bowl and spoon and it looks to me like they are silver. Any help in pinpointing age and maker would be appreciated. I have attached pics of the spoon here and will post the bowl separately

Hello.

The sugar bowl has London Hallmarks for 1902 and your spoon was made by William Eton. It has a London Hallmark for 1830.

Thanks very much for this. With your excellent interpretation i can now see the makers mark. A little bit of work suggests the bowl may be from Sibray Hall & Co.
