So I have a sugar holder or what looks like one from tea set. i’ve had it about 20 or so years. I almost threw it away when I was moving until I looked at the bottom and seeing the wolf symbol with the crescent and then underneath it says 455 does anyone know what that means and if it is worth anything.

It is hard to see the 455 on this picture, but I did see it underneath with the flashlight at the right angle
