Unknown Maker’s Mark

hi! i found this the other day and cleaned it like i would silver (baking soda, salt, aluminum foil, boiling water and wright’s). the only marking is this on the bottom. does anyone know what it is?

Sturgeon silver plated spoon

Hello, I would be very grateful for your help in identifying this unusual spoon. It is slightly larger than a dessert spoon, but smaller than a soup spoon. Inside the bowl of the spoon, there is a finely crafted bas-relief of a On the reverse side, there is a hallmark in the shape of a shepherd’s horn. I have never seen anything like it before.
