I have two, what appear to be candleholders, made of Silver and Ivory. They belonged to my father-in-laws family and were brought into this country from England in the early 50’s. The marking’s on the bottom of the items are cryptic, can’t tell if its Chinese or Welch, any help in identifying these items would be helpful.
