Unknown marks on enamel card holder

Hi, please could someone help me to identify these mark (see photos). All I know is it’s 925 silver but cannot find anything out about the other marks.

Your box has a London import mark with the date letter q for the assay year 1931/32 and the sponsor’s / importer’s mark of H C Freeman Ltd. There is no indication of where it was made or by whom as I suspect that the triangular mark is related to the dedication.
