HI, I recently saw this Tankard in a shop in North Yorkshire which my mum bought me for Xmas. I just would like to know more about it (dates etc).

Please see attached pics. I am wanting to know more about the ‘418’ and ‘58’ markings if anyone knows anything?

Your tankard is silver plated and hence is going to be difficult to date, but I think that 418 is a pattern number and would therefore probably date to the late 19th or early 20th century. Not sure what the significance of the 58 is though.
