KH is the maker’s or sponsor’s mark but it is not identified in any of the references available to me. Although it has an Edinburgh 2000 hallmark it was not necessarily made for the millenium as the 2000 special mark was available for general use.

So could have been made by anyone, not for the year 2000? Was found in a box of my late fathers belongings..
It would have been made in or very shortly before 2000 as the millenium mark was also available for use in 1999 and date letters were no longer compulsory.
