You have a “marriage” here - two halves of different pieces. The top mark (lion passant and v) is recognisably a partial Birmingham hallmark for 1920. The lower mark is also Birmingham with the maker’s mark of Adie Brothers Ltd and a date letter which is probably B for 1926.
As a marriage this would probably have little more than scrap value (see online for scrap silver calculators) although it may be that the Royal Tank Regiment crest might attract a specialised collector.
