Help needed to identify

Could someone help identify an item for me please.
It’s a silver coloured bangle with the hallmark J.W.T and then the letter C next to it

Looks like the maker’s mark for James Walter Tiptaft/J W Tiptaft & Son Ltd of Birmingham.

Thank you is there anyway of telling the age ???

Wouldn’t there be other marks on the ring?

As there appear to be no other marks there must be some doubt as to whether it is actually silver.
