Straining spoons, rare?

HI all.

I am looking at a straining spoon, made around 1780-1800.
It is a interesting spoon, but, the type, straining, is that a rare spoon type?
Anything to buy and collect?

All help is good for me.

For straining bits out of liquids to be served at table, e.g. gravy.

They are rarer than “normal” spoons but do come up occasionally on eBay, I suggest you have alook there.
