I was going through some old boxes and sorting some handed down silver items and need some help in information re the attached items. The first has the hallmarks and pictures of the spoon the 2nd one I have attached a copy of the spoon which has a rampant Lion on the handle. Any info would be appreciated,

The lion is a family armorial and would identify the owner, not the maker or the material. The full hallmark is Exeter 1846 with the mark of Robert Williams & Sons (Robert, James & Josiah Williams).
