I have 2 spoons with marks but I can not figure them out any help would be appreciated.

Your spoons are electroplated. WB & Co S is William Briggs & Co of Sheffield. The number with DWTS gives the amount of pure silver in pennyweights which was used to coat a set of pieces (normally 12). A pennyweight is 1/240 of a troy pound or 1/20 of a troy ounce, approximately 1·6 grams.
