2 x silver sugar tongs

Hi All, I’ve been given two beautiful silver sugar tongs from my mother-in-law but I need help identifying the hallmarks.

The first looks like it might be electroplate. The second is silver, by James Deakin & Sons, hallmarked Sheffield 1903.

I can confirm that the first one is electroplate - made by Deykin & Sons of Birmingham.
