A lot of Silver dishes

I have a lot of silver dishes I’m trying to figure out there value cause they are unique and turn of the 19th century.

on the back of this piece is a crown with I S in the centers 1009 stamp and international silver. This is the most vague and non unique piece of art.

If it doesn’t say “sterling” it is not silver. Damaged electroplate is pretty much worthless. From your picture it is not possible to judge whether the dark patches are plating loss or tarnish which can be removed by polishing.
