Amazing piece help me to Identify please

This here is a piece from Hunt and Roskell it has stamped on the bottom

Hunt and Roskell late Storr and Mortimer 4025 a stamp with a running lion a leopard a crown with IH and RR what looks like a Roman L and a Roman head.

It’s unique because it has a lock and key which are also both stamped with engravings and this has never been restored. I know it’s from 1862 to 1888 but not exactly sure specifically.

I’d like to identify this piece and the Value

Your picture is too blurred to be 100% sure of the date letter. I think it may be l (lower case L); if so the date is 1866/67. You can get a minimum value by plugging the weight and silver standard (925) into an online scrap silver calculator. Auction values may not have caught up with the recent sudden rise in silver prices.
