Antique Cruet set--help identify maker &/or Value

Any help with identifying this mark would be really appreciated. I believe the markings include: EP, the letter D, a stylized Maltese Cross (3 points at the end of each arm) and a couple of other marks I cannot identify. The cruet set has been in the family for a long time–don’t know the history though. There are six bottles, three of which have crystal stoppers, and three of which have silver lids… The holder measures 9.5n inches high and the base is 7 inches long by 5 inches wide.It is in quite good condition with a couple of small nicks on the crystal bottle necks. If you have any idea of the maker or value of this item, I would really appreciate your input. Thanks.
