The Style looks french to me, but that’s only at a guess. The fleur de lis pattern design could be a possible clue, that’s if there is no markings. What surprises me, is that you say they are no markings.
When you consider the actual size of the piece I am enclined to agree that the markings could be hidden in an unusual area. You might have to go around it methodically with a magnifying glass. Sorry I can’t be of any more help. Silver is not my forte. A very nice piece though!
