We have a piece of silver, with the only hallmark saying 13, possibly a bone handle.
Can anyone help identifying it?

Hi there,

The 13 indicates the purity of the silver…it is for 13/16 Lothig, which is about 81% silver. I think a few European countries used it, I know Austro-Hungarian Empire did.
