Antique tea pot with set needs help identifying

I have a silver tea set (coffee pot, tea pot, sugar, creamer, and tea dish) with ebony handle, claw foot, and a goose or swan decor on the spout. The markings look to be a crown over a P with additional markings and initials AJR (?). I can not find these silver markings anywhere.

This one might be tricky. Do some gentle polishing - I’m curious about whether the decorative elements are actually a different color and, therefore, a different metal.

For starters, in any case, we need clear, large photos of each of the marks. Don’t reduce the image sizes before posting them here, and don’t skip any of the marks because you think they aren’t important. Verbal descriptions of marks usually aren’t much help - we need to see them.

Try Porto, Portugal.

Portugese. Try Porto.

I have no idea what it is, but I am sure that I would love to see it every morning - it would improve my day enormously!
Almost all of what passes for art these days is utterly
without humour - this makes up for it. I would love to meet the maker!
