Hi. I was wondering if anyone could help me shed light on what Thea marks mean. These are on an item my mother owned and probably inherited from her mother. I can see that this is sterling silver as there is no standards mark? It is possible that this it is welsh in origin. Thanks for any help.
These tongs are not silver. The marks are electroplate marks of William Page & Co of Birmingham.
