Any idea what silver marks these are?

These marks are on cigarette case with maker . They look.arabic.

The case is 1922 as it’s inscribed on a cartouche on front case.

C T&S is also written I presume.the maker.

Some british.colonial makers mark? Egyptian? Tried looking on some silver sites but couldn’t find anything

The marks are telling you that your cigarette case is not silver. The 4 letters in shields are E P N S which stands for electropated nickel silver. Nickel silver is a base metal white alloy and the electroplating process deposits a very thin layer of silver onto the surface. The manufacturer is CT&S but I don’t know their identity.
