Item is a very small round “tray”. Is this silver? Silverplate?
Any idea about this maker or Hallmark? Looks like manufacturer name is Lepere, possibly L.Lepere. Maybe French?
Some quick searching is turning up nothing useful.
Could you give us a photo of the entire tray? Any other markings that you can find?
