I have been trying to identify the hallmarks on a ring that I just bought but haven’t had much luck. The seller was under the impression that it is foreign although I am not all that convinced. Sadly until I receive the ring I only have one poor picture. Can anyone recognise any of the hallmarks on this piece from the picture provided? I am very curious about the diamond shaped hallmark as it does look intriguing.
I appreciate any input based on shape and design as to the age and origin of the ring too. It has a very majestic look to it and I don’t think it is a contemporary ring but I may be wrong, at least not based on contemporary designs anyway lol
