This is a photo of the other canlestick’ hallmarks.
That looks to me like a Sheffield hallmark for sterling silver. If you can do a clearer picture of the far right mark there should be a letter that indicates the year. However, I’m not an expert on these by any means.
We have actually answered this question as the OP added this picture in a new thread rather than his original one. The date letter is “g” for 1899.
