Hi - I’ve had this half-pint mug hanging around for many years but never been able to identify the hallmarks - I guess from the VR that its Victorian, but the crossed battleaxes on its base have got me stumped. I would welcome some suggestions - many thanks.

The number “360”: The identification number of the relevant Weights & Measures office.
The abbreviation “LCC”: Stands for London County Council, confirming that the measurement was stamped for the London area during the period of this institution’s existence (1889–1965).
