I can’t seem to find any information on these hallmarks - they appear on a very heavy fork that appears to be old, and sterling. Thank you.

Some tantalizing leads, so maybe a starting place.
I suspect the BAR is Barcelona, and ALTET may refer to Juan Altet, an 18th Century silversmith. In short, digging around for Spanish hallmarks might be a useful exercise.
