Hello, I have Found A couple of what it looks like victorian Hairbrushes. But can’t figure out the Dates they were made…

Brush Number 1 Hallmarks : S*B anchor, Lion, Y ( All have Box Imprint) then a Smaller R.

Brush Number 2 Hallmarks : W&L or W&I (can’t tell)K, Lion, And what looks like a shield.

any Help what so ever would be Much appreciated.
