Can anyone help with info

Can anyone help with advice and information about this

The crossed arrows mark is the trade mark of William Hutton & Sons (WH & S), a Sheffield company. “BP” stands for Britannia Plate which is electroplated Britannia metal and “A1” shows that this is the company’s top quality electroplate. Britannia metal is a pewter-like white metal alloy. Finally the number 30259 is an internal factory design or pattern number. If there were any records available this should give an approximate date; unfortunately, to my knowledge, such records do not exist, or if they do, they have not been made public.

Many thanks for your reply would you know if it has any value?

I guess somebody might have a use for it, but as it’s not silver it has no intrinsic value.
