Can anyone please tell me which maker these marks belong to

I have a small goblet 4" tall and 4" wide the siver plate has all worn away.The base is inscribed wih 3 marks in a triangle pattern and A1 BEST ELECTRIC PLATE written underneath. The jug and marks are shown attached.
