Hi…I have inherited what appears to be 2 small salt type silver dishes (?)

I am obviously no expert at this but here are the markings on the bottom.

                                [b]H.W / CROWN / LION / R

Am I right is saying the following?

Sheffield…Lee & Wigfull… but what year does “R” represent please?

Do items like this have any value?

Melgee - please post a close up of the marks as their shape is important in determining the correct date letter.
