I found these amongst some others i have managed to date, The first is a sugar sifter with no markings at all .
the second is a Mappin and Webb spoon, not sure which kind it is and one of the hallmarks i can barely make out at all. its just a swirly mark in a shield

Electroplate is very difficult to date and your M&W spoon is no exception. Without any markings on the sifter spoon it is impossible to even make a good guess.
