Can´t find the hallmarks/stamps on this sugar tong anywhere

I hope someone can help me identifying the maker/quality of this sugar tong.
I have searched the web for many hours but with no result.

So maybe one of you experts can help me, it would be much appreciated.

Hello Kim,

Those are German silver marks used after 1880. The 800 denotes the grade of silver 800/1000.
