My husband has just bought a lovely walking cane with a silver top. We’ve looked at lists of marks but can’t find these. Could anyone tell me something about it?

The four marks are, from left to right:
- maker’s mark: I can’t work out what this is so can’t name the maker
- date letter: a for 1916
- lion passant: sterling silver
- leopard’s head uncrowned: assay mark for London
