Can you PLEASE help me ID/date these forks, spoons, knives?

Hi everyone,
I saw this forum and how interesting it was, and also how nice and helpful everyone here was, and so I thought I could maybe ask for your help to identify and/or date various silver pieces that I have.

First are these 3 forks (the first one (at least) is from Paris, and the last (silver plated) is from England.

Here are close ups on the markings (sometimes unreadable, I am sorry!)
