Cannot ID Stamp looking for help

This is a William Hutton and sons hallmark but cannot verify the boomerang shape with 5 circles above hallmark. The only stamp that is identified is the 8 cross arrows stamp. Can anyone help with this. Thanks

I don’t know what significance that symbol might have, if any. You appear to have copied this image from another site. I suggest that you ask there.
