Hello and thanks again for any help I can get. I have 4 spoons about demitasse size, that hold the letters… “B” I’m assuming for a date, then in separate squares with clipped corners… L P & A… then EP in an oval.
EP is, of course, electroplate and LP&A is almost certainly Lloyd, Payne & Amiel, a Manchester company.
