CAV CA or CW Hallmark on Silver Salt Set (also marked 1820)

I have this silver salt cellar set with a distinctive hallmark that looks familiar but I have been unable to match with any of the guides. It appears to be a CA nestled in a V of some sort. It’s also labeled “1820” or “1320”. I have attached pictures? Any ideas?
