Chapel sugar tongues

Greetings!

I have several pairs of sugar tongues which were in use at our local chapel until recently. The marks on the smallest pair (3") are a 3-feathered stamp, EPNS and a crown. Are these silver or silver plated and are they of any value? I have 3 other pairs very similar although bigger - 4-5".

Many thanks.

EPNS stands for “Electro Plated Nickel Silver” denoting silver plated and therefore of little value.
