hi, thanks for help with german ausgberg marks, i contacted christies and they said the date is for 1789 not 1741 as i had been told by a couple of people, i checked on a silver spoon that is for sale on an internet auction and that has the same stamp as mine, with the capital E under a pine cone, could the great christies be wrong ?
