I am working on an installation and catalog of cigar cutters, many are silver and I am trying to identify makers, locations, and dates. This is another one that I am an struggling to identify. So appreciative of any help! Thank you.
The hallmark is a London import mark for 1910 with the sponsor’s / importer’s mark of Andrew Barrett & Sons of Piccadilly, London.
