Can anyone identify these marks? Thanks for any help
The photos of the signatures are blurry, but everything points to the item being made in France. Please gently clean up any markings, then send the photos.
Hi - thanks for your info. I’ve tried cleaning them up with dish soap and with silver polish, but these pictures are the best I can do. It’s almost impossible to get a good picture with the reflection.

French silverplate to my mind. The rectangular mark appears to be one of those which indicate the amount of silver used in the plating like this one on the left:

A skilled professional restorer might be able to rescue that t-shirt, but it’s going to cost a small fortune.
