Continental hallmarks , Austro hungarian ? on jewellery

Hello I purchased a small jewllery item online.It was sold to me as 925 silver. It has a gold wash/gilt.

The seller thought it may be Austrian / Austro hungarian

Would appreciate any help with hallmarks.

No 925 hallmark. One hallmark looks to be an ‘M’ and a shape / arrow? The other one is not clear.

Yes that’s the same item and the seller I purchased it from. He was unsure himself.
I too am unable to find another item the same as the one I purchased and I am unable to find any information on hallmarks.
