Could use some help identifying a hallmark, please advise

I could use some help identifying this hallmark. This may not be correct, but I was able to see that the “C” indicates the piece is 900 out of 1000 parts silver but I am not able to make out the other two symbols. The symbol at the left looks like a serpent or a snake based on the tongue. The symbol at the right resembles a bird/pheasant/swan based on the beak and feathers. Maybe my interpretation is totally wrong, but that is my thought process so far as to what this is. Hopefully someone can assist so I can fully understand, thanks!

This is an electroplate mark (i.e. not silver) of the Crescent Silverware Manufacturing Co of Port Jervis, NY.
