Could you help with identifying these?

Hi! This is supposed to be silver from soviet union, but these don’t look like standart markings - maybe anyone knows what they mean and how to figure out silver contents (and price) here. Thank you in advance!

Is it 300 silver? It is some percentage of silver, I confess that I did not understand if it is silver or plated.

M - non-precious metal or alloy.
