They are fish servers. The blade and tines are most likely electroplated but the collars are sterling silver with a Sheffield hallmark for the assay year 1912/13 (date letter “u”) and the maker’s mark HA for Atkin Brothers of Sheffield.

Pretty much nothing - there is only a minimal amount of silver and who uses fish servers these days?
Please clean this piece to reveal the marks. Then make a clear picture of the full item and the marks and post the pictures in a new topic.
