I think it says nickle silver.
The mark on the far right reads (sideways) EP over NS which stands for Electroplated Nickel Silver. The manufacturer’s mark is that of Francis Howard Ltd of Sheffield (accounting for the [F] [H] and [S]. The archery target is their trade mark.
