Dresser style hemispherical teapot

Maxfield and Sons Ltd small teapot, clearly marked but no trace of it so far on our searches.
Anyone with ideas?
The S date does not come up on the usual charts but it is very similar to Christopher Dresser’s Japanese-influenced designs.

S is not a date letter; it simply means Sheffield. And A1 shows that it is Maxfields’ best quality electroplate.

WIth a handle like that it’s a kettle not a teapot.

Dear Phil,
thank you, we will search again, still hoping for a date and maybe a designer.
